On a hot summer day, Shim Yu-kyung (25), Kim Joo-seok (25), Kim Sun-tae (25), Kim Min-jae (23), and Kwak Nu-ri (22), who poured considerable time and energy into the Seongsu-dong area, conveyed the reason for their 'carrier tour' on the 4th. It was to understand the mobility routes of those with disabilities in Seongsu-dong, which is currently one of the hottest places in Seoul. They formed a team in the '2022 ESG Ideathon,' a competition sponsored by Hyundai Mobis aimed at young people, and decided to create a 'recycled panel ramp' by compressing and processing discarded car panels to reduce the frustration that wheelchair users, strollers, and elderly walkers face in front of stairs.
